As an Industrial Roofing Specialist at Bird & Bear Services, you will be responsible for predicting the expense of future projects and aiding the bid process. In addition to monetary costs, you must consider the duration, scope, and potential profitability of new projects.
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process from planning through completion of large-scale industrial and institutional projects.
- Responsible for communicating to all levels of the organization regarding project tasks, schedules, deadlines, etc.
- Resolve issues as they emerge, pull in stakeholders for decision making as needed.
- Conduct onsite inspections of project sites.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of roofing construction operations and business acumen.
- Associate degree or trade school required; Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
- Demonstrated related experience may substitute for preferred education.
