Looking for an Administrative Assistant, Entry level/some experience. We are a small company that is growing and building our team willing to train if you are eager to learn.
The position will start as a part time to full time within 3-6 months.
Responsibilities
You will performing general office tasks, manage daily such as answering calls and directing them to the appropriate team, taking messages, supporting Office Administrator, organized files, copying, scanning, requesting documents, assisting with company events, ordering of office supplies, filing documents, assisting with onboarding, etc.
Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office, communication skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, time management, organized, multi-task experience, confidentiality is a must.
