Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in night audit procedures and hotel management software
- Strong front desk operations knowledge, including check-in/check-out procedures and handling guest services
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
