Position Summary 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated marketing professional to join our growing Marketing & Innovation team. As a Marketing Associate, you will work closely alongside our Marketing Manager to help implement marketing strategies and ideas. You will also be responsible for coordinating and executing our promotional events, build campaigns, and supporting social media content. This is a hybrid role, where day-to-day duties are primarily performed remotely. Essential training, meetings, and events may be in person. This is a great opportunity to build your marketing skills in a rapidly growing company.

Main Duties 

• Maintain marketing event calendar with key details, dates, partners, and budgets
• Collect event contracts between vendors and partners, submit supporting Marketing Development Funds into portals
• Build regular cadences with Strategic Partners
• Coordinating, hosting, and attending customer-facing events
• Research customer satisfaction, challenges, and overall areas to improve customer experience with brand
• Develop digital campaigns about our services and partner offerings through multiple channels such as social media and email
• Data entry events and campaign progress, present reports on progress
• Create captivating digital content such as social media posts, invitations, landing pages, newsletters, etc.
• Working closely with key stakeholders to drive a campaign or event forward
• Ad-Hoc marketing activities
  

What You Bring 

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to report to the office in hybrid role
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• Min related experience 1-3 years

Qualifications & Key Skills

• 1-3 years experience in Field Marketing, Marketing, Event Planning, or related role
• Microsoft Office experience
• Hubspot, Salesforce, and/or Apollo.io experience preferred
• Canva/Adobe experience
• Strong and Creative Copy writing skills
• Outgoing
• Strong customer service
• Flexibility and able to work collaboratively across departments
  

Salary

• Salary Range:  $55k - $70k including bonus benefits
• The above represents the expected on target earnings range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining pay, we’ll consider location, experience, and other job-related factors.
