We are seeking a part-time Office Assistant who is motivated, a fast learner and will be excited about acquiring new knowledge within the flooring industry. Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office operations and provide administrative support
- Learn about our flooring products and services to assist customers effectively
- Handle customer inquiries and deliver top-notch service
- Support team members by organizing tasks and managing schedules
- Use your math skills to calculate square footage, square yardage, and linear footage when needed
Experience: Answering phones, customer service, MS Word & Excel, filing, scheduling and debt collections. Experience with Xactimate and home insurance would be preferable, but not required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
