Join our team as an Assistant Customer Support Specialist. Learn the ins and outs of our custom golf tournament software and its features. Engage in customer relations to answer inquiries regarding their use of our software. Work within our custom-built CRM, phone system, and intercom chat and ticketing software to answer customer questions and solve basic issues.

What is BirdEase anyway?
BirdEase is an internet-based fundraising event management software based in Portsmouth, NH that highly targets the golf industry, creating custom management solutions for those looking to raise money for a cause. Since 2009 BirdEase has been a go-to solution for organizations of all sizes when arranging a fundraising golf event or outing. Our software creates dedicated golf tournament websites. These websites include online registration, integrated payments, live or silent auctions, a manageable dashboard of registrant data, a complete marketing platform, and much more.
BirdEase operates worldwide, and our software is designed to handle any type of event our customers may host. In this role, you will:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client services.
- Utilize office computer systems to manage client information and support requests.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies regarding phone etiquette and client confidentiality.
- Work with senior support staff and management
- Help to populate customer accounts/software with their event data
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Interpersonal skills, Customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn about the charity golf industry, our internal processes and software
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to quickly learn new software applications and systems
- Demonstrated experience exercising consistent discretion and judgement related to handling confidential information

We are currently looking to start with a part time hourly position to support current customer service staff. Flexible/additional hours including future full-time positions may be available.
Include in your submission your availability for the following time periods:
12pm – 6pm weekdays. No weekends
2pm – 8pm weekdays. No weekends
Pay
$20/HR. Paid weekly
Location
Work in our downtown Portsmouth NH office at 405 The Hill. We have parking. You will work on our equipment and phones.
Work from home is possible after part time training/intro period. Company would provide at home equipment, phones, and other hardware.
