What do we do?

Birdhouse Homes provides homes that families and individuals truly love. We want our homes to be taken care of. We are focused on building a community with our residents.

Why do we do it?

We believe that a home has a huge impact on your life. A good home can give you a lot more than most people realize. We hope to be able to give as many people the home they truly deserve so they can live their best life.

What is the job?

The the job is keeping our current and future homes maintained by performing the following tasks.

1. Handling a wide range of maintenance requests from our residents. We don't expect you to be a maintenance expert but basic handyman experience helps and the ability to call the right person to fix an issue is a must.

2. On-call emergency requests. Emergencies do happen and we will gladly pay for emergency calls but we need someone that can come out if there is an emergency like a leak or fire.

3. Home Turnover Maintenance: when residents move out of the home we must get the home looking like it did before so we need help with tasks to get the home ready.

Work experience is not very important to us but we want someone that knows the importance of having a good home.

Education is also not very important to us as long as you are willing to work off our system that we feel will make both our job and your job easier.

We also want someone that is looking to grow and give us feedback on how we can improve.
