Job Summary:
As a CCURE engineer at Birdi Systems, Inc., you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects in critical sectors, utilizing your expertise to deliver innovative security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for system installations and repairs.
- Setup & configure CCure 9000 inputs, outputs, doors, schedule, events, & etc. to meet customer needs.
- Quality control of custom Intelligent Door Controller (IDC) in an enclosure fabricated by Birdi technicians.
- Document each step of the QC process.
- Analyze and diagnose system malfunctions and perform hardware & software troubleshooting.
- Mentor and train junior technicians.
- Physically inspect subcontractors' work to ensure that systems meet code, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Write detailed field visit reports to document activities and outcomes.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and implement corrective measures to resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, General Engineering Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years in a technical, customer-focused field service role with expertise in Software House Hardware & software.
- Current Software House CCURE Certification.
- 2 years of CCure9000 programming experience.
- Understanding of Division 28 & 08.
- Possesses high level of technical knowledge of software, electrical & mechanical disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
