Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- System Design and Implementation: Design and implement advanced access control, video management, and situational awareness solutions.
- System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot system malfunctions.
- Mentorship and Training: Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in a technical, customer-focused field service role.
- Current Software House CCURE Certification.
- 2 years of CCure9000 programming experience.
- Understanding of Division 28 & 08.
- Highly developed technical knowledge of software, electrical & mechanical disciplines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Computer programming experience.
- CCNA certification or equivalent network certifications.
- MCSE certification or equivalent system administration certifications.
- Enterprise-level security system integrations.
