Job Responsibilities:
- Deploy and support advanced access control, video management, and situational awareness solutions.
- Configure CCure 9000 inputs, outputs, doors, schedule, events, & etc. to meet customer needs.
- Conduct quality control checks on custom Intelligent Door Controllers (IDCs) in enclosures fabricated by Birdi technicians.
- Analyze and diagnose system malfunctions and perform hardware & software troubleshooting.
- Mentor and train junior technicians.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in a technical, customer-focused field service role.
- Current Software House CCURE Certification.
- 2 years of CCure9000 programming experience.
- Understanding of Division 28 & 08.
- Highly developed technical knowledge of software, electrical & mechanical disciplines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Computer programming experience.
- CCNA certification or equivalent network certifications.
- MCSE certification or equivalent system administration certifications.
- Enterprise-level security system integrations.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to work independently and manage technical projects.
- Governmental badging requirements.
- Clean driving record.
