Server/Waiter

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. Your ability to upsell menu items and maintain a clean and organized workspace will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and kitchen.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
• Process payments accurately while providing excellent customer service.

Skills

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to increase sales.
• Experience in a nightclub or high-energy restaurant environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial.
• A proactive attitude towards helping both guests and kitchen staff when needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $5.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
