- Manage food preparation tasks efficiently to meet production schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Package finished products for display or sale.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, mixers, and knives.
- Collaborate with team members to innovate new recipes and improve existing offerings.
