Job description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our clients by providing essential support and companionship.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medications and monitor medication schedules, as directed.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying.
- Escort clients to medical appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as healthcare professionals.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Compassion and empathy for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Physical ability to lift and assist with mobility when required.
Must Haves:
- CNA / CBRF / PCW/ PCA / Residential Aide
- No certificate needed!!!
