• Complete weekly, year-round landscaping at every property, such as grass cutting, weed whacking, pruning, rock bed maintenance, and mulching


• Remove snow and ice as needed, including sidewalks, stairs, and entrances


• Clean interior and exterior common areas, such as parking lot, trash areas, hallways, and stairwells


• Clean apartments between leases


• Maintain inventory of cleaning materials


• Boost curb appeal


• Conduct routine maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues


• Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States 


• Valid driver’s license


• Personal and reliable mode of transportation


• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance


• Safely utilize power tools


• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
