Job Summary
Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to independently handle the maintenance of a 91-unit townhome community, The Trails at Mariemont. Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate!
Pay and Benefits
24-$29 commensurate with experience
Full-time (M-F 8 : 00-4 : 30 with some flexibility to be slightly earlier or later); on call every night and weekend, with arrangements possible if needed to be out of town (on call emergencies average 1-2 / month)

Responsibilities
Track, manage, complete, and document maintenance work
Make repairs including plumbing, drywall, painting, electrical, and HVAC
Plan and complete turnovers / make-readies
Identify and execute preventative maintenance
Carry out inspections
Maintain grounds
Oversee inventory, materials, and PPE
Vendor management
Maintain amenities including outdoor pool (can be trained, will be reimbursed for Certified Pool Operator certification)
Support large capital projects
Coordinate with the property manager to track budgets, expenses, and vendor payments.
Respond to after-hours emergencies when on-call
Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Requirements
Advanced skills for plumbing leaks and HVAC repairs
Experience managing work orders and turnovers
Eligible to work in the United States
Valid driver's license
Personal and reliable mode of transportation
Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
Safely utilize power tools
Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
