Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! At Birgo, Property Managers take ownership of the resident experience and property performance. This role oversees daily operations, leasing, budgeting, and resident satisfaction at Trails at Mariemont.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maximize operational performance of property
  • Provide excellent customer service through prompt, professional, and authentically caring responses
  • Lead the leasing efforts for your property through advertising, applications, showings, walkthroughs, move-ins, and renewals
  • Conduct monthly budget reporting; collaborate with asset management on annual budgets; approve weekly payables
  • Manage collections, delinquencies, and evictions
  • Oversee the completion of maintenance tasks and enhance the property's curb appeal
  • Lead, manage, and train the team to accomplish the goals of the property group
  • Maintain clean and safe properties by resolving tenant complaints, conducting regular inspections, and enforcing rules of occupancy
  • Coordinate services with external vendors
  • Set the scope of turnovers and capital projects
  • Lead the onboarding of new properties to the property group if needed
  • Other duties as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Successful Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 2 years of experience as a property manager
  • In-depth understanding of Cincinnati's multifamily industry
  • Appfolio or other property management software experience

Skills

  • Technology savvy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong skills in written, verbal, and persuasive communication
  • Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail

Work Style

  • Excited to work autonomously
  • Careful with rules and comfortable working within established processes
  • Strong commitment to timely and precise work

Other Requirements

  • Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Able to ascend/descend stairs and traverse uneven terrain
  • Able to transport up to 25 lbs
  • Able to use a computer for a full workday
