JOB TITLE: CRM Coordinator, Digital Americas
REPORTS TO: Sr. CRM Coordinator
TYPE: Exempt/FT with benefits
LOCATION: WFH/Must be based in NYC area
SALARY: $70k-$80k DOE
OVERVIEW:
The CRM Coordinator will support the Senior CRM Coordinator in the day-to-day execution of all CRM programs including email, direct mail, SMS campaigns. This position will also champion the consumer experience through data driven strategies to ensure highly effective acquisition, retention and brand loyalty strategies.
Responsibilities
· In partnership with the Senior CRM Coordinator, execute email campaigns end-to-end, including content calendar planning, creative & copy briefing, targeting, set-up, deployment, reporting and optimization
· Support in the development of CRM marketing strategies to maximize customer engagement and retention, acquire new subscribers and create brand loyalists
· Partner with Digital Merchants to ensure alignment of key digital marketing stories and products across all consumer touchpoints
· Support in the analysis of each campaign including campaign performance, key insights, and strategic learnings
· Drive continuous improvement across email KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click-to-open rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and revenue
· Support in the creation of A/B and multivariate testing plans to improve CRM channel KPIs
· Develop creative briefs for each email and SMS campaign
· Manage creative partner timelines on the development of layouts and creative assets
· Monitor and report upon industry KPIs and best practices
· Be a critical contributor and power user in new front-end technologies, including acquisition platforms, performance to direct mail tools, etc.
· Be a power user in the CDP, including leveraging all features and reporting tools, plus the creation of key segments for targeting
· Manage all CRM list requests including social media audiences, direct mail and legal requests
· Support in the day-to-day management of the direct mail program
· Support any large scale CRM projects i.e. ESP transition, CRM-related topics of a web migration, etc.
· Keep Customer Service informed of updates, feature launches and act as point person for trouble shooting
Interfaces/Relationships
· Close alignment with all Digital channels including Merchandising and Social Media Teams
· Collaboration with Birkenstock Americas Marketing Team
· Partnership with other regional CRM team and global CRM team
· Daily interface with digital teams in the areas of category management, content, email and CRM
· Cooperation with external providers, as needed

Qualifications
· Education
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Work experience
· At least 1-3 years of experience within the Digital Email Marketing space
· Experience with an enterprise level ESP required, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
· Knowledge of key email fundamentals; email best practices, legal compliance, deliverability, reputation management, etc.
· Knowledge of customer management strategies across all CRM channels i.e. email, SMS, direct mail
· Knowledge and experience in working with a CDP, a plus
· Experience with analytics tools (GA, Tableau, Omniture, etc.)
Working Conditions
· Involvement with local and global teams
· Ability to travel as needed
