Stock Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is well-stocked, organized, and clean. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall shopping experience. Duties

• Efficiently stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers.
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory counts as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers in locating products and answering any questions they may have.
• Clean and organize the sales floor, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and effective communication throughout the store.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and helpful attitude towards customers.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods while performing stocking duties.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
