We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment to keep our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.

About the Role

This is a hands-on problem-solving position that requires a passion for heavy machinery. You will work closely with a tight-knit team to diagnose issues with heavy equipment using the latest diagnostic tools. Your responsibilities will include inspecting and troubleshooting equipment, repairing engines, hydraulics, air conditioning, and electrical systems, as well as performing welding and fabrication tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot heavy equipment using the latest diagnostic tools.
• Repair engines, hydraulics, air conditioning, and electrical systems to keep machinery running smoothly.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Work closely with your team and keep the service manager updated on repairs.
• Continuously learn and adapt to the latest technologies and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with mechanical repairs (no degree required).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Welding skills (a plus, but not required).
