Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Universal Worker and / or Medication Manager to join our team. These positions are vital in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care, assistance, and medication management in a warm, home-like environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Resident Support & Care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Foster meaningful connections with residents, providing emotional and social engagement
- Support meal service, light housekeeping, and community activities
- Medication Management
- Accurately administer medications per physician orders and maintain detailed records
- Monitor residents for medication side effects or changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with the AL Director of Nursing and the Community Relations Director
- Teamwork & Community
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure a positive living environment
- Uphold the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance with state regulations
- Demonstrate kindness, commitment, integrity, accountability, and collaboration in all interactions
