Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Long-Term Care Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our long-term care facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the long-term care facility.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and facility operations.
- Manage and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with medical professionals, residents, and their families to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor and manage the facility's budget and financial performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Valid state license as a Nursing Home Administrator.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care administration.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
