Responsibilities
- Develops detailed project schedules and timelines.
- Creates and manages project budgets.
- Prepares cost estimates and forecasts.
- Hires and manages project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
- Oversees team performance and productivity.
- Resolves conflicts and issues within the team.
- Conducts regular site inspections to monitor progress.
- Ensures adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Addresses site challenges and delays.
- Maintains open communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Provides regular project updates and progress reports.
- Manages client expectations and addresses concerns.
- Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies.
- Implements contingency plans to address unforeseen issues.
- Manages change orders and variations.
- Reviews and negotiates contracts with subcontractors.
- Ensures compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Manages contract variations and claims.

Experience
- Proven experience as construction Project Manager managing $1-5M projects.
- Familiarity with project scheduling software such as Primavera or Procore
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong understanding of pipeline construction processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
