Gameday Production/Operations Coordinator
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Birmingham Legion FC is looking to hire a part-time Gameday Production/Operations Coordinator for the 2025 USL season. We are looking for hardworking and upbeat individuals to assist with a variety of game day duties. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate pre-game, in-game and post-game events at Protective Stadium for Legion FC matches, which can include in-stadium videoboard announcements, commercial inclusion and production, in-game activations, as well as post-game breakdown of arena signage and equipment.
- Assist with execution of promotional theme nights and other events.
- Assist in the execution of contests and promotions performed during designated time-outs and at halftime.
- Assist the department with other projects and daily tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to remain professional around high-profile individuals.
- Committed to work all Legion FC home games – 17 regular season games and playoffs.
