Birnam Wood Golf Club is a beautiful private Golf Club and gated community that consist of a Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, 18-hole golf course, Golf Practice Facility, Bocce Courts, Croquet Courts, Fitness Center, Cottages, swimming pool and has 146 estates.

Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service to all members, guests, vendors, and employees. Assist all Departments and help maintain a fun, great, safe environment for all to enjoy. Access Control: you will be expected to man the Security Gatehouse to monitor who is allowed in, as well conduct both vehicle and foot patrols of Club property and throughout the beautiful neighborhood.

Essential Duties:
• Greet and assist all members, employees, guests, and vendors at the Security Gatehouse.
• Monitor security camera system (CCTV), answer telephone calls, emails, texts from members and employees courteously and route calls appropriately.
• Enforcement of rules and regulations of the HOA per training and procedures.
• Respond to medical emergencies, fire alarms, burglar alarms, water leaks, and general calls by residents per procedure.
• Enter daily activities into mobile phone with security software.
• Conduct vehicle and foot patrol of club property, community and perimeter.
• Monitor construction sites and enforce parking, noise, and other rules per policy and procedures
• Work closely with different Departments to provide the best customer service to members, and guests.
• Administers Basic First Aid, CPR when necessary.
• Completes other appropriate assignments delegated by the Director and Assistant Director of Security.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions for a minimum of 3 years
• Certification of Basic First Aid, CPR, AED or willingness to become certified
• California PSO or Guard Card license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of completed training.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
• Ability to lift 50lbs with no restrictions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm during emergencies situations
• Frequent exposure to hot, sunny, humid, cold, windy raining conditions.
