Duties
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to fabricate parts as needed.
- Operate machinery within the assembly line, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with warehouse regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in training new employees on assembly techniques and safety practices.
- Assist in Grinding Room when needed
- Assist in other areas of plant as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is required.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and mechanical assembly techniques is essential.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required, demonstrating physical stamina for the role.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with good communication skills is beneficial.
Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
