Seeking experienced labor and delivery nurse for full-scope practice at our free-standing birth center
Birth Care and Family Health Services is a not-for-profit practice in beautiful, rural Lancaster County, PA. Our CNMs provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, attending births at our fully-equipped CABC accredited free-standing birth center, at home, and at a local hospital. We are proud to be serving our local Amish community with culturally sensitive care for over 40 years, which currently accounts for about 65% of our 300 births per year. We offer benefits. Practice Summary:
· Fully equipped free-standing birth center with 3 birth rooms
· Low-risk births at the birth center or home.
· ~30 births per month.
Details of position:
· Position is FT
Requirements:
· Specific interest in the out-of-hospital birth center model.
· Must be able to obtain PA RN license
· Labor and Delivery experience
