Job Summary
The Corporate Training Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and delivering exceptional training programs for both internal staff and our valued clients. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive training materials, conducting engaging training sessions (both in-person and remotely), and staying current on the latest AV technologies and best practices. This role also provides the opportunity to collaborate with the Marketing team to develop client acquisition materials.
Responsibilities
· Conduct a training needs assessment for internal staff and external clients.
· Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs on AV systems, technologies, and best practices.
· Utilize various training methods, including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, and webinars.
· Conduct training sessions remotely through video conferencing platforms.
· Manage the development of all training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
· Stay up to date on the latest AV technologies and industry trends.
· Participate in industry seminars, conferences, and trade shows to represent BIS Digital and identify new training opportunities.
· Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop content for client acquisition materials, such as brochures and presentations (occasional).
· Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Training and Development, or a related field (preferred).
· Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate training and development.
· Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs.
· Experience with adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively train a diverse audience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.
· Experience with video conferencing platforms a plus.
· Working knowledge of AV technologies in the Judicial sector (preferred).
· Ability to travel occasionally for training and industry events.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
