Role Description
- Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- conduct cost accounting and inventory management to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the Controller and other team members to meet departmental goals, support audits, and provide guidance on financial matters across the organization.
- Perform bank reconciliations and update all general ledger accounts with transactions, debits, and credits
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in accounting management and CPA.
Skills
- Knowledge of GAAP and accounting regulations
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in construction accounting is highly preferred
- Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and accounting skill.
- Basic IT experience is a plus.
