Bisbee Breakfast Club is now interviewing for Floor Managers. Full Time and Part Time positions available.
We are looking for an experienced floor manager to lead the front of house team. We are a busy, casual locally owned breakfast and lunch restaurant with a small fun close knit team.
Desire to deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience is a must.
Prefer a few years of experience in management, but someone with hospitality experience who would like to move up to managing would also be strongly considered.
Must be professional, presentable, outgoing, have a knack for problem solving and conflict resolution, desires to be a leader and mentor. Strong sense of urgency and direct communication skills. Knowledge of kitchen operations is a plus.
Job duties will include but not limited to:
--hold bisbee standards -- supervise opening and closing --ensure cleanliness standards followed --walk the floor and ensure customers are having a good experience --conflict resolution -- labor cost targets --check in deliveries --help with inventory --large group reservations --foster good working relationship between dining room staff and kitchen --team building -- cash handling skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
