We're hiring for a branch manager for our Pocatello location. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with business-to-business customers and engaging potential clients as well as building new relationships. The successful candidate will also quickly develop an understanding of the products and services we offer, as well as relevant legal and industry regulations. Must have some sort of management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising branch staff, assigning tasks, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing employee concerns.
- Customer Service: Building strong customer relationships, resolving complaints, providing information about products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Sales and Business Development: Achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling products, and actively engaging with potential customers.
- Operational Oversight: Managing branch operations, including compliance with company policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Performance: Monitoring branch financials, analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting performance metrics to upper management.
- Community Engagement: Participating in local events and initiatives to promote the company's brand and build positive relationships within the community.
