All new hires in the Back of House (BOH) will begin with a customized training schedule. The goal of basic BOH training is to provide staff with an understanding of all of our recipes and to provide a solid skillset before training in other areas of the restaurant. After basic training is completed, trainees have the opportunity to train in different parts of the kitchen that they are interested in!

Position Responsibility::

• Weekend Availability is Required
• Provide stellar customer service - the Biscuit Love experience - each guest
• Open Close restaurant
• Support entire team, both FOH and BOH
• Be dedicated to and an active participant in your growth
• Being a solution focused member of the team, utilizing problem solving and critical thinking
• Be willing to jump in and help wherever is needed
• Keep workspace clean
• Anticipate guest needs
• Prepare recipes and execute dishes to Biscuit Love standards
