Biscuits and Berries, voted Denver’s best caterer in 2020 is seeking awesome individuals to lead our award winning BOH catering events teams! You will be responsible for executing food service for catered events such as weddings, corporate functions, and black tie galas all while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly, and efficient manner. Successful applicants will have a strong work ethic, Love food and hospitality, and a strong desire to provide the highest quality of food to all guests. A strong sense of urgency and hustle is a must!

This position pays $25 hourly during training and up to $30 per hour afterwards PLUS tips!
Core Position duties and responsibilities
Set up, execution, and break down of catering events at some of Colorado's most stunning and idyllic venues
Professional and enthusiastic interactions with all parties involved in the event (clients, venues, vendors, planners, guests).
Review of catering event details and execution prior to onsite arrival.
Check out and loading of cooking equipment and food.
Execution of food service to B B standards and specs.
Assigning duties and milestones for onsite BOH catering teams and ensuring that events are executed to client/vendor/company specifications.
Professional and enthusiastic interactions with all parties involved in the event (clients, venues, vendors, planners, guests).
Onsite training, coaching, and encouragement of staff before, during, and after events
Preferred Qualifications
Prior restaurant, Catering, Hotel, or Banquet experience preferred (we will train motivated individuals).
Reliable transportation is a requirement.
HUSTLE!!
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work nights and weekends.
Physical Requirements
you will be required to be on your feet extended periods of time, and possibly walk extended distances.
Bend and climb stairs.
assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles.
