We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Dog Groomer to join our team.Our ideal candidate will possess a genuine love for animals, exceptional grooming skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch service to our clients.If you have the experience and dedication to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities : Provide high quality grooming services for all breeds of dogsMaintain a safe and comfortable environment for dogs during grooming sessionsCommunicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog’s specific grooming needs and preferencesMaintain a clean and organized grooming station, adhering to all health and safety regulationsEnsure all grooming equipment is in good working order and report any necessary repairs or maintenance to managementCollaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationshipsSupervise, train, and develop other grooming staffDocumenting notes in our computer systemSenior Groomer Compensation : 50% commission on haircuts and tips & tails (net of credit card fees)25% commission on baths and brush outs (net of credit card fees)
