Responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently manage restaurant by following company and brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction and profit maximization.
- Ensure the environment in the restaurant supports our core values of integrity, authenticity, accountability, passion, gratitude and respect.
- Exemplify and recognize Guest Obsessed Service and quality to ensure 100% Guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for recruiting and retention of Team Members through motivation, recognition, coaching and development.
- Set performance expectations with all team members and monitor training process to ensure quality of training giving feedback on a regular basis.
- Manage restaurant operations including scheduling and forecasting while upholding highest standards, product quality and cleanliness.
- Responsible for safety, sanitation and security awareness, ensuring that Team Members are properly trained to create safe situations adhering to Company cash handling and payment processing procedures.
- Responsible for compliance with OSHA, state and local safety and health codes as well as Company safety and security policies on equipment, facility
- Optimize profit by ensuring that labor is scheduled efficiently and food and supplies are ordered to maintain appropriate inventory.
- Analyze reports and metrics to identify opportunities and act promptly to correct.
- Responsibly delegate and follow up on tasks while remaining accountable overall for restaurant and Team Members.
- Ensure complete and timely execution of restaurant adhering to marketing and branding programs.
- Exemplify all Biscuitville standards and policies including the Code of Conduct, Attendance and Uniform and Appearance standards.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) and/or a full-service restaurant is required.
- Previous restaurant, retail, and/or hospitality experience is required.
- Prior experience training, developing, and leading others is required.
- Planning and organizing: specifies goals, priorities, tasks, resources, schedules, budgets, P&L statements, etc.
- You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, enthusiastic, honest, and have great customer skills.
- Drive and flexibility: consistently displays the need for achievement and operates with high energy.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Reliable transportation required for daily tasks such as errands, bank deposits, etc. Regular local travel required.
- Ability to operate and navigate computer systems including but not limited to sending and receiving e-mails and creating, printing, and saving documents.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Bending, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, pushing, pulling, and walking involved.
