Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Maine (LSW, LMSW, LCPC).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health treatment or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs, strengths, and goals.
- Develop and oversee personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients and the clinical team.
- Connect clients with essential community resources, such as housing, employment, and aftercare programs.
- Provide ongoing case management, including crisis intervention and client advocacy.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, integrated care.
- Assist in discharge planning to support long-term recovery.
- Educate clients and families on treatment approaches, recovery strategies, and available support systems.
