We are seeking an experienced Lead Mental Health Tech to maintain and support the clinical and operational needs of our facility. This role works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure smooth administration and supports our mission in being a leading treatment program and providing outstanding client care.

Requirements
- Experience with office management
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- To be highly organized with strong computer literacy
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to BHT staff during shifts.
- Ensure proper coverage, breaks, and shift transitions.
- Monitor and support clients during group sessions, breaks, and transitions.
- Address client crises with de-escalation techniques and support interventions.
- Assist with daily program structure, including check-ins, documentation, and compliance.
- Ensure the environment remains safe, clean, and therapeutic.
- Complete progress notes and incident reports accurately and timely.
- Communicate critical updates to clinical and administrative teams.
- Mentor and train new BHTs, modeling professionalism and trauma-informed care.
- Support leadership with quality improvement initiatives and staff development.
- Facilitates support groups
- Supervises front office area ensuring area is hazard free and kept orderly
- Maintains office supply stock weekly and submits orders for any supply items running low
- Assist with compliance with DCF & Joint Commission requirements.
- Assist with patient confidentiality in compliance with 42CFR, Part 2.
- Performs other duties assigned.
Pay: 40,000- 60,000 annually
Schedule: M-F; 8-4p
