Job Description - Operations Assistant
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma
Valid driver's license and ability to drive a van or other vehicle
Must be able to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S
18 years of age
Be able to occasionally lift or move 5 0 pounds
This position requires regular physical exertion in the form of walking, using arms and hands in repetitive motion, climbing stairs or ladders, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
Qualifications
M otivated and dependable individual who can work alone in a minimally supervised environment
Must have attention to detail and be able to solve practical problems
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Comfortable using technology and mobile devices to process and complete work orders and to communicate with others
Responsibilities
Pickup and deliver customer furnishings, on your own or with assistance as needed
Assist cleaning technicians with laborious jobs that require additional labor
Assist with daytime emergency service calls to extract water and mitigate damage to homes or struct ures affected by water damage
Maintain cleanliness of shared fleet vehicles as directed by supervisor
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and operational areas
Support Janitorial supply deliveries by filling in for route driver as needed
Follow all safety guidelines and proper procedures in the use of cleaning solutions, equipment and tools according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
