Payroll Administrator
Bishop & Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage payroll operations for a large, progressive organization. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, maintains compliance with federal and state regulations, and supports HRIS functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly/semi-monthly payroll for a large workforce using ADP Workforce Now.
- Manage payroll data for multiple locations, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
- Ensure compliance with wage and tax regulations.
- Reconcile payroll, oversee time and attendance records, and prepare reports.
- Support HRIS administration and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or HR.
- 3 years of payroll processing experience.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now required.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- CPP certification preferred.
Compensation: Up to $80K annual salary commensurate with experience.
Location: Honolulu. In office
