Job Description Bishop & Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a financial organization in Honolulu, HI. The preferred candidate will possess customer service experience and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in phone-based interactions with customers.Customer Service RepresentativeJob Duties : Assist customers with a specific product line (i.e. Deposit accounts, Credit Card accounts). They will be trained in the following areas : basic product knowledge anticipate call types for the products they’re supporting process / procedures for handling requests system navigation to look up account information and / or procedures Assist with Core conversion related inquiries (i.e. “before” and “after” conversion product info) Complete all other duties as assigned The ideal candidate will have : High School Diploma or equivalent required Must be open to training Monday-Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm for the first 3 months of employment. Shift will be 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm, including Saturday or Sunday, upon completion of training. High level of professionalism and customer-orientation, with strong verbal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where creating a positive customer experience is the #1 priority while also appropriately handling confidential customer information. 1-2 years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales or financial environment Additional Information : Job Type : Temp- Hire Opportunity Pay : $20 / hr Location : Honolulu, HI 96818 Parking : Provided on site Work Schedule : 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm, 7 days a week (shifts vary) Call Center hours are 7 : 00 am-7 : 00 pm, 7 days a week - shifts may vary based on business need. Agents must be available to work on weekends.
