Job Responsibilities
You will work closely with physicians, family members, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your expertise will be essential in utilizing the nursing process to support residents' mental and physical well-being and serving as a clinical role model and resource for your colleagues.
Requirements
- A current LPN license issued by the State of Iowa.
- CPR certification (required within six months of hire).
- Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
