Bishop Feehan High School is seeking a Visual Arts teacher with experience in the teaching of drawing, painting, printmaking, and sculpting. The teacher will be responsible for organizing and maintaining a safe classroom learning environment, and helping students develop the artistic habits of mind that will allow them to find and express their artistic voice. The ideal candidate would be well versed in a variety of studio materials and methods as well as having experience with guiding students in the development of their artistic practice.
Requirements:
Must be able to support the Catholic worldview and mission of a diocesan Roman Catholic school.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred:
Teacher certification/licensure.
Experience and understanding to teach in a Gr. 9-12 visual arts program.
