Description : Evening Shift Supervisor, LPN3pm-11pm, Full Time

A Typical Day :
- Act as an available resource to all shift staff, assuming a leadership role.
- Act as a resource for the attending physician and clinical team.
- Assist Administrative Coordinator to cover scheduling / assignment needs.
- Participate in the hiring and termination of shift employees with the Myers Hall Manager, as requested.
- Participate in counselling and evaluating of team members, addressing concerns with performance.
- Make resident rounds every shift.
- Respond to resident emergencies and family requests promptly.
- Perform clinical record audits as directed by policy and / or Myers Hall Manager & Clinical Supervisor.
- Participate in QAPI as requested, working with the Myers Hall Manager to identify, document, and report on QAPI projects.
- Oversee and supervise medication administration, ordering, and documentation.
- Assist the LPN team in responding to Monthly Pharmacy Consultative Reports.
- Identify educational / training needs of shift staff and assist in providing ways to meet needs.
