What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vocal Music Instructor position at Bishop Heelan Catholic Schools?
Bishop Heelan Catholic High School is seeking a Vocal Music Instructor to join their high performing music faculty for the 2025-2026 academic year. The ideal candidate will be a passionate educational leader, able to establish strong student and family relationships. The instructor will be organized, have a broad range of technology skills, and possess all the characteristics of a lifelong learner. Bishop Heelan has a strong showchoir tradition with 3 grand champions in 2025 and successful concert choirs including 19 Iowa All-Staters and 5 selected to the ACDA National Convention this year.
This position will be shared with classes at both Bishop Heelan Catholic High school and Sacred Heart Middle School.
