Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Hurst, TX. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet strict quality standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect newly manufactured synthetic lifting slings to ensure they meet work order requirements and conform to WSTDA and ASME B30.9 standards.
• Verify tagging and labeling for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure proper product preservation, packaging, and item counts prior to shipment.
• Identify and document any defects or non-conformance issues and collaborate with production teams for corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and quality documentation.
• Assist with maintaining and improving the shop's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.
• Conduct periodic audits and ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures.
• Support other quality-related tasks as needed to ensure a culture of excellence.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training is a plus.
• Previous experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise standards and instructions.
• Familiarity with WSTDA and ASME B30.9 standards is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.
