We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Accountabilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure resident care requirements are met
- Establish a supportive environment by providing emotional support to residents and their families
- Respond to questions and requests from residents and staff in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of resident care services
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with EHR and ePrescribing systems
