- Oversee compliance and facilitate open communication among nursing staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet the medical needs of residents.
- Prioritize 24-hour on-call responsibilities to address urgent matters.
Requirements:
- Hold a current New York RN license.
- Maintain at least three years of experience in Long-Term Care settings.
- Preference given to candidates with two years of management experience and one year of staff education experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and basic leadership abilities.
