**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a leading healthcare facility in Syracuse, NY. We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team and work the Evening Shift.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Long-Term Care experience and be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN). They will also possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage and supervise nursing staff.
Duties:
- Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
- Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
- Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required
- Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
- Should be familiar with EHR and Eperscribing programs
