$34-$36 base rate, with an additional $1.25 for evening shifts and $0.40 for weekend shifts.

- Conduct thorough assessments of new Residents to ensure accurate admission information.
- Record and maintain up-to-date health details, including vital signs and temperature readings.
- Administer medications and injections as needed, adhering to established protocols.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores with proper care and attention.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required.
- Assist Residents with daily personal hygiene tasks and dressing needs.
- Monitor food and liquid intake and output, ensuring optimal Resident care.
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrate exceptional teamwork skills and a collaborative approach.
- Hold a valid New York State LPN license.
- Be in good standing with the State Registry.
