Compensation Package
This LPN position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base rate of $34-$36 per hour and additional pay for evening and weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities
As an LPN on our ECC unit, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and recording vital information from new residents, including demographics, medical history, and personal preferences.
- Administering medications and injections as prescribed by physicians, while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to facility policies.
- Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborating with CNAs and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless coordination of care and promote resident satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a valid LPN license in New York State and be in good standing with the State Registry.
