Job Summary
The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, treating wounds and bedsores, and monitoring their health status. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and record vital signs and health information from new residents
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
- Monitor food and liquid intake and output
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Requirements
- Valid New York State LPN license
- In good standing with the State Registry
- Able to work effectively as a team member
